How do i schedule a reservation?
Please either email your stylist from their bio page or email email@example.com to have a someone help you pick the stylist for you!
What is the parking situation?
We have street parking available right in front of our building.
what type of payment do i need to bring?
Each stylist accepts all major card companies. Cash is accepted but only exact change please.
i saw that some of your services require deposits, why is that?
Some of our services that require large blocks of time do require deposits because it is important to us to protect our valuable time. Last minute cancellations of those appointments are usually not able to be filled.
Is there wheelchair access?
Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access to our salon which is located on the second floor.
can i schedule a consultation?
All of our stylists offer free consultations! We would love to meet with you to chat about expectations, budget, and creating a plan to achieve your goal.
is it true that i need to come to my updo reservation with dry hair?
Please come to your updo reservation with either clean dry hair or day old clean dry hair. If your hair gets oily easily, please come with clean dry hair. If your hair works better on day 2, please come with dry hair. We do not reserve time to shampoo your hair unless specifically discussed.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Our policy is as follows : No shows and with in 24 hrs can be subject to a 50% deposit of the scheduled service before being able to reserve another appointment. This policy is enforceable per stylist and per situation.
